These terms apply when you order from B2 Pizza Family KTV through our website (b-2.online, b2.b-2.online) or Telegram bot. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
- All prices are shown in Philippine Peso (₱) and may change without notice.
- Menu items are subject to availability. If something you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you to offer a substitute or refund.
- An order is confirmed once we accept it and you receive an order ID - not simply when you submit the form.
Delivery
- Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our shop to your shared location.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or high order volume.
- Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
Payment
- We accept cash on delivery/pickup and Korean bank transfer.
- For bank transfer payments, please upload a clear screenshot of your payment as proof - orders cannot be prepared without it.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before we start preparing them. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
Accounts
Creating an account is optional. You're responsible for keeping your password (or your linked Google account) secure. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, please contact us right away.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver every order accurately and on time, but we're not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (traffic, weather, incorrect address or contact information, etc.).
