This Privacy Policy explains how B2 Pizza Family KTV ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our online ordering website (b-2.online and b2.b-2.online) and Telegram ordering bot.

- Account information: name, phone number, and optionally an email address and delivery address, when you create an account or place an order.
- Order information: the items you order, order type (delivery or pickup), payment method, and payment confirmation screenshots you upload.
- Delivery location: your GPS coordinates, only when you choose to share your location, used to calculate the delivery distance and fee.
- Google account information: if you choose "Sign in with Google", we receive your name, email address, and a unique Google account ID from Google, so we can identify you and (for a first-time sign-in) ask for your phone number to complete your account.
How we use your information
- To take, prepare, and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order (by phone, Telegram, or the app) if needed.
- To let you log in and see your past orders.
- To calculate delivery fees and estimated distance.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the staff and delivery riders who need it to prepare and deliver your order. We do not share your information with any other outside company, except as required to operate the service itself (for example, Google, when you use "Sign in with Google").
Data storage and security
Your information is stored on our internal systems and access is limited to staff who need it to run the shop. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

An account is optional - you can always order as a guest with just your name and phone number. To review, correct, or delete your account information, contact us using the details below.
